Awards and scholarships

Cass Business School offers a number of financial awards and scholarships to exceptional candidates who demonstrate the talent, passion and drive to lead and make a positive impact in today's diverse business environment.

Awards

Awards are offered to candidates who can demonstrate strength in all aspects of their application and show potential for future success.

You will be automatically considered for a financial award once you have submitted a complete application to the Executive MBA. The awards are up to 20% of the fees and are offered on a rolling basis (subject to availability).

Awards are given based on the quality of the candidate's application to the MBA programme. Candidates will need to demonstrate clear academic or professional merit through their application and interview.

Amount Awarded: Up to 20% toward tuition fees.

Women in Business award

Open to female candidates who have shown exceptional ability academically and/or professionally. The award was created in order to support female candidates of merit and to help increase the number of women joining Cass Business School

Amount Awarded: Up to 20% toward tuition fees.

Cass High Potential award

Open to candidates who have clear professional merit and can demonstrate their potential to contribute to all aspects of the MBA programme.

Amount Awarded: Up to 20% towards the cost of tuition fees.

Scholarships

Scholarships for the March 2021 intake are now open.

To be considered you must complete the additional scholarship essays that are included in Modular Executive MBA application form and submit this by the round deadline you want to be considered for.

We strongly encourage you to apply early during the year as the process of selection is competitive and funds are limited.

Scholarship amounts are variable and are for exceptional candidates who demonstrate the passion and drive to lead and make a positive impact in today's diverse business environment.

Scholarships are awarded based on:

  • Your application to the programme, demonstration of a strong academic background and / or an excellent record of professional achievement.
  • Your performance during the admissions process including your overall application and interview.
  • Your professional references.

Recipients are expected to act as Cass Ambassadors committed to developing the ongoing success of the MBA Programme working closely with Marketing, Careers, Course Office, Alumni and the Recruitment and Admissions Team.

If you receive a Cass scholarship this would supersede an award.

  • Please refer to the application checklist to ensure there are no outstanding components to your Executive MBA programme application.
  • Scholarships or awards will be deducted from the second fee instalment.
  • If you have any questions please contact the MBA Admissions team.

*Please note that candidates who have already applied for a scholarship for the 2020 intake and were unsuccessful will not be eligible to submit a further application.

Cass Business School Women's Scholarship

Amount Awarded: Up to 50% towards the cost of tuition fees.

Open to female candidates who have demonstrated outstanding achievement and show the potential to achieve great success during and after the Cass Business School MBA. The aim of the scholarship is to support female candidates of exceptional merit and to help increase the number of women joining the Cass MBA programme.

Professional Excellence Scholarship

Amount Awarded: Variable % towards the cost of tuition fees.

Open to candidates who have clear professional merit and can demonstrate their potential to contribute to all aspects of the MBA programme.

Public / Third Sector Scholarship

Amount Awarded: Variable % towards the cost of tuition fees.

Open to all successful MBA candidate with a Public or Third Sector background who have demonstrated excellence within the sector.

STEM Scholarship

Amount Awarded: Variable % towards the cost of tuition fees.

Open to all successful MBA candidates who demonstrate outstanding achievement to date with a Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths background.

The Coca-Cola Foundation Women's Leadership Scholarship

Cass Business School and The Coca-Cola Foundation are delighted to announce the Global Women’s Leadership Programme – an innovative initiative designed to attract and nurture rising women leaders.

Funded by The Coca-Cola Foundation, the partnership will support an MBA scholar with exceptional potential to lead global women’s leadership development efforts. The scholarship recipient will be drawn from
Cass MBA programs in London.

Serving as a leader within their respective program, the Scholar will develop and practice their leadership skills by coordinating leadership development events.  Such events will include Rising Women Leaders Development Workshops for MBA students and Women’s Executive Leadership Forums for alumni and corporate partners. The events programme will span across London, Dubai, Hong Kong, Beijing and New York.

Amount Awarded: Up to 50% towards the cost of tuition fees.

The MEMBA Director’s Scholarship

Awarded by the MEMBA Course Director to candidates who apply for and best meet the following categories:

The Technology for Impact Scholarship

Maximum of two scholarships available worth 30% of the tuition fees. These are for candidates who have an outstanding professional track record working on technology driven solutions for societal grand challenges or social businesses.

The Rising Stars under 30 Scholarship

Maximum of two scholarships available worth 30% of the tuition fees. These are available for candidates who have an outstanding early stage professional track record, particularly within the finance, technology or entrepreneurial sectors.

The Orchestration of Innovation Scholarship

Maximum of two scholarships available worth 30% of the tuition fees. These are available for candidates who have an outstanding professional track record in designing, managing and scaling innovation networks. We are looking for candidates with leadership expertise in the innovation space, such as incubators or accelerators, corporate venturing units, innovation labs, government agencies, venture associations and other innovation intermediaries.

It is strongly advised that you apply early in the application cycle to be considered for a MEMBA Director’s Scholarship and no later than end of November 2020.
