Why did you decide to study an EMBA at Cass?

I decided to pursue an MBA in order to accelerate the step next in my career. Having always aspired to run my own business I felt I needed to broaden my understanding of business outside of my field of specialisation before I could make that step. The Cass Executive MBA in Dubai offered me the opportunity to achieve my ambitions while continuing to work.

What was your study experience like?

While an EMBA is a hugely challenging experience I found my time at Cass to be deeply rewarding.  I found the flexibility of the electives – which allowed each student to effectively tailor make their own MBA to match their ambitions - particularly fulfilling. Combined with the practical approach Cass brings to business subjects, by the end of the course I felt truly prepared to take the next leap in my career. Additionally, I particularly enjoyed learning within such a diverse cohort which has given me the opportunity to make lifelong friends from across the Middle East.

The structure of the programmes allows working professionals to continue to work while attaining a top tier rated MBA programme.  The combination of a flexible programme offered by such a highly regarded school is what drew me to the programme initially.

Could you outline how the EMBA has added value to your career?

The Executive MBA at Cass has significantly benefitted my career; it has given me both the confidence and opportunity to change industries and countries within six months of receiving my degree. It has broadened my knowledge base to where I am now able to provide informed input to discussions across all disciplines in the business.
