Cass MSc Management students study in Paris
Annual trip takes in French capital
Last week the Cass MSc Management students embarked on the faculty's annual trip to Paris.
Eighty students took part in the event, which was designed to foster international academic integration.
This years' focus topic was the Eurozone, with Paris chosen as the event location because of France's role in creating the EU Dream.
Leading experts Professor Andrew Clare, Professor Meziane Lasfer and Professor Thorsten Beck addressed the main economic challenges that the Eurozone still faces as it struggles to 'get back to business' after the financial crisis.
MSc Management course director Dr Joanna Zaleska said: "It is a tradition on the Masters programme to run a one day integrative event out of the classroom and Paris is one of the most beautiful cities in continental Europe. Students listened to experts on current issues in management or finance and also had the chance to get together for sightseeing and some much deserved relaxation after a busy two-week exam period."
