Cass Business School hosted a prestigious alumni event in New York last week. Held at the New York Yacht Club, Cass welcomed guest speakers Bob Kelly, former CEO of Bank of New York Mellon, global banker Sir Malcolm Williamson and US Banking Editor for the Financial Times, Tom Braithwaite.
The event, attended by numerous journalists, including these from the New York Times, Crains's New York Business and Reuters and moderated by Tom Braithwaite, included a panel discussion on the current issues facing global banking.
Paola Barbarino, Director of Development and External Relations at Cass Business School said: "We were delighted to host Sir Malcolm Williamson, a Cass Board-member and donor, and alumnus, Dr. Bob Kelly, Chairman of the US Alunmi board for fascinating and frank debates."
Over drinks and canapés, Dr. Kelly, Sir Malcolm and Mr. Braithwaite mingled with Cass Alumni, potential students and Cass academic and professional staff.
