Cass Professor's book will be translated into Indonesian
Human Resource Management: the Key Concepts to be translated into Bahasa Indonesian.
A book co-written by Cass Professor Chris Rowley, founding Director of the Centre for Research in Asian Management, is to be translated into Bahasa Indonesian and put on sale in South East Asia. Human Resource Management: the Key Concepts was co-authored with Keith Jackson, a Cass Visiting Fellow.
The book has been described as a 'concise, current and jargon-free guide' which examines the main theories behind human resource management (HRM). The topics are discussed by an international group of expert contributors. The book is a valuable reference for both students and professionals seeking to understand HRM in a range of contexts.
Professor Rowley said, "I am truly delighted that Routledge have secured a translation deal to publish the innovative book HRM: the Key Concepts in Bahasa Indonesian. Not only does Indonesia have a very large population of nearly 246 million people, demographically it is a young country, with many students and also a very high desire and demand for education."
Professor Rowley has previously had many works published concerning HRM and Asian business and is recognised as a leading expert in the field globally.
