Dubai EMBA student wins Network Middle East Innovation award

Cass Dubai EMBA student Mohammed Sabunchi has won the Network Middle-East Innovation award for Best Networking Individual'.
Each year, the Network Middle East honours the projects, people, suppliers and service providers that have excelled in the regional networking sector over the past 12 months and recognises the individuals and organisations that are responsible for driving standards and increased adoption of network infrastructures across the region.
Winners were independently judged by a team of premier networking professionals and industry analysts who have years of experience in the region's IT adoption and usage.
The judging panel recognised Mohammed's 15 years of experience in the IT industry, saying he has shown the ability to provide consistent services and standards to all of the DIFC's international financial clients. In addition, he takes a personal responsibility in furthering discussion and innovation in the Middle East IT arena with regular guest spots at industry events such as the CIO summit and BISCI.
Mohammed said: The award means a lot on both personal and professional levels. Personally, it's a reflection of unified efforts of keeping abreast and contributing to the business environment. I feel quite privileged and honoured to be considered for such a nomination, and it feels even better to win it. I am delighted to know that I can contribute to the business sector with my knowledge and experience gained from professional experience as well as the academic experience I am acquiring from my MBA.
Ehsan Razavizadeh, Head of the Cass Dubai representative office, said: Congratulations and well done to Mohammed and his team, for winning such an accolade. This is the second year running the team have won awards at the event, and is a very proud moment for all of us in the Cass Business School.
