Financial Times Entrepreneurship Rankings 2018

Cass ranked 5th globally, 1st in London and 2nd in Europe

The Cass MBA has ranked 5th globally, 1st in London and 2nd in Europe in the Financial Times 2018 entrepreneurship rankings.

Additionally, the Financial Times data shows that the Cass MBA is:

  • Joint 1st in Europe for school assistance in recruiting key staff
  • 2nd in Europe for percentage of MBA graduates starting a company
  • 3rd in Europe for alumni network assistance in recruiting key staff.

This Financial Times ranking is based on 2014 FtMBA Graduates’ responses to the Full-time Global MBA survey, measuring how the school and alumni network support graduates who start their own company, along with the success and diversity of those alumni.

Cass Dean Professor Marianne Lewis said the outstanding result reflects both the strength of the MBA programme along with the strength in entrepreneurship at Cass, where students benefit from access to world-leading faculty experts and activities located at the heart of Tech City and London’s thriving start-up scene.

Professor Lewis said:

“I would like to thank all involved from the programme and entrepreneurship teams, faculty members and our professional staff whose efforts continue to inspire our students’ creativity and help equip them with the skills needed to become successful entrepreneurs. From our exceptional thought leaders and professional staff, engaged alumni and partner mentors and guest speakers, to the CityVentures hub providing co-working space, developmental and funding support and beyond, let us take this opportunity to celebrate!”
