The Cass Entrepreneurship Fund is delighted to announce completion of a new growth equity investment into lone worker safety solution StaySafe.

StaySafe, which was established in 2012, is a smartphone app and cloud-based monitoring service which tracks employee location via GPS or satellite and alerts their employer if they do not check-in within a specified time. The app offers a wide range of functions including panic button, check-in, man-down and duress alerts. Since its inception StaySafe has achieved strong growth within its industry and the product currently protects the safety of thousands of employees, within both major brands and small businesses, in more than 25 countries.

CEO Don Cameron said:

“We are excited to be working with the Cass Entrepreneurship Fund and we are confident our partnership will enable us to significantly accelerate our growth and consolidate our market leading position. Their investment will enable us to continue our expansion within the UK and internationally, predominantly through the continued development of our technology and significant increases in sales and marketing activity”

Helen Reynolds, Investment Director of the Cass Entrepreneurship Fund, said:
