Paula Jarzabkowski, Professor of Strategic Management has been named Associate Dean for Research and Enterprise at Cass.

Professor Paula Jarzabkowski

Professor Jarzabkowski is a world-renowned thought leader and founder of the strategy-as-practice community at Cass. Her research has been published in a number of leading journals including Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies and Organization Studies.

She is also the co-author of Making a Market for Acts of God: The Practice of Risk-Trading in the Global Reinsurance Industry (Oxford University Press, 2015).

Professor Marianne Lewis, Dean of Cass Business School said, “Paula’s research leadership experience crosses institutions and continents, and enables learning in the classroom, through PhD supervision, executive education and industry consulting. As our new Associate Dean of Research and Enterprise, she will continue to build upon an already strong foundation and enable a bold, collaborative research strategy.”
