Cass MBAs finalists in easyCar University Start-up Challenge

Five students go through to the last round of the competition

A group of Cass MBA students is one of four teams through to the final of the easyCar University Start-up Challenge.

The team, named 'Carma', comprises: Anubhav Mathur, Aditi Nath, Amrit Juwaheer, Santosh Mayekar and Robert Morris.

The challenge sees London's budding entrepreneurs pit their business wits against each other with the help of easyCar.

The teams need to use all their marketing nous to recruit new members

for easyCar's Car Club service - an 'Airbnb' for car owners.

The four week challenge started earlier in November when the finalists gathered at the easyHotel in the heart of 'silicon roundabout'.EasyCar's CEO Richard Laugton introduced the teams to the Car Club business model.

Tony Anderson, the first marketing director of easyJet and easyGroup, then gave an engaging presentation on the development of the group.

Team 'Carma' are running a special promotion as part of their campaign.  Successfully sign-up as a new easyCar Car Club member before December 25th 2013 and you could win £100.
