Metro Bank co-founder Antony Thomson gives lecture at Cass

That was one of the key messages Anthony Thomson delivered during his lecture at Cass on December the fourth.

In 2007 Thomson had the idea for a new, customer-led bank.

Launched in July 2010, Metro Bank has opened 20 branches and attracted over 200,000 customer accounts.

It is open seven days a week, 361 days a year, and aims to offer unparalleled levels of customer service and convenience.
