Is it possible for management teams to maintain employee trust levels despite job cut backs? New Cass research suggests that trust levels can not only be maintained during tough economic times, but can actually be improved.  In this week's Cass Talks, Professor Veronica Hope Hailey describes how a "trust fund" built up by the John Lewis Partnership before the financial crisis helped it to improve staff trust despite the organisation going through a restructure.  She goes on to explain why trust can inspire business innovation and entrepreneurship and is a vital ingredient to kick-starting UK economic growth.
