The Research Excellence Framework (REF) 2014 has rated Bayes 6th in the UK for Business and Management research.
According to HEFCE data, 84% of Bayes research submitted was classified as world-leading (4*) or internationally excellent (3*)
This elevated research capability enables Bayes to stay at the forefront of business and management education.
Crucially, Bayes research is also relevant to the needs of business leaders, government, professionals and the media. Our research is ranked 2nd in Europe for its impact on the real world of business, practitioners and policymakers.

We invest in the recruitment of promising young researchers from the world's top business schools and develop new talent through our doctoral research programme, one of the largest in the UK and consistently ranked in the world's top 40 in the Financial Times league tables of international business schools.
