The third biennial meeting was attended by over 600 delegates, covering session titles including International Business, City of London Markets, Far Eastern Economy and Business, and Shipping.

Keynote Speaker was Dr. Supachai Panitchpakdi, Director-General of the World Trade Organization, and the event also included the conferment of degree of doctor of science (honoris causa) upon Mr. William O'Neil.
