Didier Bonnet, Executive Vice President & Global Practice Leader Digital Transformation, Capgemini Invent

Didier Bonnet helps global organisations transition to digital businesses and senior executives to digitally transform customer experiences, operations or business models. He leads Capgemini Invent’s joint research partnership with the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy (IDE), which focuses on understanding best practices of digital transformation in large global organisations.  At Capgemini Invent, he conducts research with global brands in all industry sectors to tackle the business challenges organisations face trying to create value with digital technology. Didier also enjoys writing, blogging and speaking at events and providing commentary to broadcasters and media on his pet topic of digital transformation. He also co-authored the best-selling book: Leading Digital: Turning Technology Into Business Transformation.

Gianvito Lanzolla, Professor of Strategy, Cass Business School, Head of the Faculty of Management, DLRC Director

Gianvito Lanzolla is Professor of Strategy at Cass Business School, City, University of London. From January 2016, he has been serving as Head of the Faculty of Management, the largest Faculty at Cass. Gianvito is the Founding Director of the Cass’s Digital Leadership Research Centre (DLRC). He studies the impact of technological and institutional change on competitive dynamics, firm strategy and firm organisation. His articles have appeared in leading international outlets and have been widely featured in the business media. Gianvito has directed and delivered several executive development programmes and has contributed as an advisor to many boards and executive leadership teams around the world. Recent corporate engagements include: Baker McKenzie, European Club Association, Schott, Beazley, BBC, Syngenta, Gazprom, IBM, the UAE’s Prime Minister Office, Abu Dhabi Ports Authority, Microsoft, Mizuho, Zurich, KION, Axel Springer, Vailant and Vodafone. Gianvito holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering (Dean’s list) and a PhD in Strategic Management. Before joining academia, he was the founder and managing director of “e-change Srl”, an e-business transformation provider which in 2002 he sold to a leading software company.
