PhD

The Cass PhD programme is consistently ranked among the top doctoral programmes in the world. Members of the Centre include students from Cass's PhD programme, who conduct research focused on the area of professional service firms, and contribute to a variety of specialist courses at Cass Business School for graduate students and executives.

Innovation process in professional service firms

Edwin Lee

PhD Student

Prior to joining Cass, Edwin was a researcher at the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School. He holds an MPhil and BA in Musicology from the University of Cambridge, where he was also an Organ Scholar. His PhD explores the innovation process in professional service firms.

Charles Wild

Executive PhD Student

During the day, Charles works as the International Development Director of Grant Thornton UK LLP.  Charles has worked for various professional services firms, including Ernst & Young and KPMG.  Charles has a MBA with Distinction from Cass Business School and a BSocSci in Public Policymaking & Administration from the University of Birmingham. His Executive PhD explores the rhetoric of professional autonomy and forms of and resistance to organisational and regulatory control.
