Innovation process in professional service firms
Prior to joining Cass, Edwin was a researcher at the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School. He holds an MPhil and BA in Musicology from the University of Cambridge, where he was also an Organ Scholar. His PhD explores the innovation process in professional service firms, in particular focusing on leadership and social dynamics.
The dynamics of consultant-client relationships within the CSR and sustainability field
Szilvia is a doctoral researcher at Cass Business School. She holds a Master degree in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from the University of Nottingham Business School, and in Sociology from the Eotvos Lorand University of Science in Hungary. She conducted extensive research on the literature of management consulting and participated in a research project exploring culture change in the financial sector since the financial crisis commissioned by New City Agenda. Szilvia has worked as a CSR consultant for Deloitte in London for 7 years, where she managed and delivered both advisory and assurance engagements for FTSE100 companies across industries and subject matters.
