About the programme
The Work Foundation has identified nine major themes that differentiate outstanding leaders from their peers, with analysis uncovering subtle yet striking leadership differentiators. These markers of outstanding leadership are consistent across the sample, despite differences in organisation, sector and function. To find out more, download the executive summary of Exceeding Expectation: The Principles of Outstanding Leadership (PDF).
Programme leader Maggie Smith, alongside Simon Laurie, will bring you a course offering 'bite-sized' modules, based upon this research, set to be accessible for busy leaders from across all sectors. The research is brought to life in the unique and varied programme which combines evidence-based investigation, practical tools and an informal yet impactful style.
