Outstanding Leadership Programme structure

The Work Foundation has identified ten major themes that differentiate outstanding leaders from their peers, with analysis uncovering subtle yet striking leadership differentiators. These markers of outstanding leadership are consistent across the sample, despite differences in organisation, sector and function.
