An exciting two-year journey of growth and transformation, the Modular EMBA is a high touch programme offering an immersive experience focused on experiential learning. Aimed at: You will be at executive level, with previous leadership or management experience and looking to continue your successful career whilst you study part-time.

Format: You’ll study on a part-time basis over two years.  In person teaching is delivered on campus in London for one long weekend (Friday to Sunday) every month. This is followed by a short monthly online session. This format is designed to allow you to take your in class learnings and apply them into your workplace, where you will see the immediate benefits to you and your organisation.

Delivered through a distinct blend of online preparation, in-person teaching and live synchronous sessions:

  • Online materials are designed to prepare you for your in-class teaching. You can set your own pace and allow you to work flexibly so you are ready for your on-campus sessions
  • On campus teaching focusses on a combination of theory, class-based discussions, case studies and group work. It is also an opportunity to develop your connections and network with your and other cohorts
  • The live online synchronous sessions are designed to give you an additional touchpoint with faculty and your classmates while you work on coursework with your team.

The Modular EMBA is ideal if commuting either from London, further afield in the UK or globally.

You’ll learn from our first-rate faculty, and study alongside an exceptional cohort from a wide range of, industries, backgrounds, experience and seniority, allowing you to benefit and learn from their unique perspectives.

Lifelong learning

Significantly, our MBA alumni have access to one free elective every year. This means you can continue to study with us beyond graduation, upskill annually for free, and benefit from lifelong learning and a lifelong relationship with us.

Your career

Your professional development starts even before you join, with our online pre-study careers course. We then build your career development into your studies. Our Careers team use their career and executive coaching qualifications - and their experience of working in talent management - to support you through key stages of your career development.

Our careers curriculum was designed with experts in the fields of career management and professional development. It focuses on the essential skills expected from Executive MBAs. At the Postgraduate Career and Professional Development Centre, you'll receive training and guidance to make you more employable. We'll base your personalised professional development plan on your career objectives, and we'll support you with one-to-one coaching and workshops to help you sharpen your skills.

Your London campus

At Bayes, our outlook is forward-thinking and innovative. This is reflected in our London location: our campus is situated between the City of London (also known as the Square Mile) and Tech City, where centuries-old institutions are neighbours to cutting-edge start-ups.. When you study with us in person every month, you’ll have the best of both worlds on your doorstep, and you’ll benefit from our strong connections to both these areas and more.

Your global network

As a Bayes student and graduate, you’ll have access to our global network of alumni. Our active network comprises more than 50,000 professionals across 160 countries. Bayes alumni events in the UK and internationally will give you unique networking opportunities. We also have a number of alumni special interest groups.

“Flexibility was something that was really important to me – I didn’t want to take a career break so ideally wanted to pursue an Executive MBA. I discovered that Bayes offered a modular version which allowed me to attend classes over one long weekend per month. I live in the Channel Islands so the commute needed to be straightforward and ideally I wanted to attend a London school. I didn’t apply to any other schools and when I interviewed with the course director I knew immediately I had made the right choice.”
