Package of Support
For those who would like a comprehensive package of support, you might wish to consider the Tools for Success Package of Support. This package enables organisations to benefit from the full range of support, which complements Tools for Success in order to create organisational sustainability.
Priced at £1500, the package includes:
- One copy of the Tools for Success guides
- One day consultancy with an experienced Cass CCE Consultant for an organisational health check. Using the Tools for Success self-assessment as a framework, the Consultant will help you analyse organisational strengths and weaknesses, prioritise them and create a plan to tackle them with clear organisational outcomes.
- Expert Support In order to build on the achievements following the one day consultancy, Expert Support will allow you to have ongoing support from the same Cass CCE consultant for up to three months. Expert Support will consist of a follow up two-hour meeting to determine ongoing priorities and outcomes using the framework within Tools for Success to enhance sustainability. Ongoing support over a defined implementation period will include:
- Up to four half-hour telephone calls
- Up to ten email exchanges
- Workshops: choice of two one-day workshops from the available series which have been designed to complement Tools for Success. These include:

- Direction - Strategic Planning
- Finance - Finance for Non-Finance Managers
- People - Getting it Right, Managing People
- Operations - Project Management
- Networks - Effective Networks
- Finance - Sustainable Funding
