Expert Support
If you have looked at the self-assessment tool and feel you would like personal expert support to put your organisation on the path to sustainability, the Expert Support Service may be appropriate.
An experienced Cass CCE consultant will be chosen to support you by providing an:
- Initial two-hour meeting to determine immediate priorities and outcomes using the framework within Tools for Success to enhance sustainability
- Ongoing support over a defined implementation period:
- Up to four half-hour telephone calls
- Up to ten email exchanges
This service can be used on its own or can be used in conjunction with additional consultancy or workshops.
