Many individuals and organisations are brought together by Cass CCE in order to perform the vital task of maximising the effectiveness of the voluntary and community sectors. Together, they form an expert and highly dedicated team.
Professor Paul Palmer
Associate Dean for Ethics, Sustainability and Engagement, Director Centre for Charity Effectiveness and Professor of Voluntary Sector Management. Professor Palmer has a wealth of academic and practitioner experience and skills which will lend themselves extremely well to this role. His understanding of how business schools teach ethics, how they balance this with the practical realities of how the world of business works, and how they respond to the pressure placed by accreditation bodies, enable him to lead a successful team.

Barbara Robertson
Barbara is Manager for Cass CCE. She overseas budgets, administration for all short courses, events and consultancy projects as well as producing the centre newsletter and updating the website. CassCCE@city.ac.uk
Mary Harris
Mary has worked with the founder of the Centre Ian Bruce since the early days. She handles finances, administration for all our short courses, events and consultancy projects. Mary previously worked in the University's journalism department. CassCCE@city.ac.uk
Matthew Guest
Matthew has recently joined the team to concentrate on Marketing and Events organisation. He also helps with administration for all our short courses, events and consultancy projects. CassCCE@city.ac.uk
Ute Spittler
