Much of the work we do involves the direction and structure of the whole organisation. Cass CCE consultants are uniquely able to help even the largest bodies achieve their overall long- and short-term objectives.
Managing change
We are often called on to provide advice and support in understanding the impact of change and to help develop the most appropriate response. We advise on how to plan, implement, communicate and maintain the change.

- Advising on policies and procedures, particularly around HR.
