Sixth City of London Biennial Meeting
8 and 9 November 2010
Welcome
Welcome to the Sixth City of London Biennial Meeting. The Biennial Meeting provides a platform for dialogue between leading figures from the City of London, and other international capital cities. As the world economy begins to emerge from the turmoil of the recent crisis, it seems appropriate that this year's meeting shines a spotlight on the future of financial markets, banking and finance, energy, and shipping. Much has changed; we can afford to be optimistic but should this be tempered with realism? Drawing on a wealth of experience and knowledge, our world renown speakers will share their perceptions about the future face of business. We look forward to a lively debate.
Please note that this meeting will take place at the IMO, Albert Embankment, London SE1. We look forward to welcoming you to the Meeting – and indeed expect numbers to exceed previous occasions. If this is your first visit to this website, please note that the Meeting is sponsored by the Maria Tsakos Foundation and, as a sponsored event, attendance is by invitation only. There is no fee associated with attending this event.
