In Conversation with Lady Judge and Professor Lewis

Lady Barbara Judge CBE, was joined by Professor Marianne Lewis for the annual IoD City of London event.

Speaking at Cass Business School, Lady Barbara Judge and Professor Marianne Lewis considered the changing landscape of business in the 21st century: from automation to challenges & opportunities facing women in the workforce. They also shared candid experiences from their own distinguished careers in business and academia.

  • Lady Barbara Judge, CBE, is the Chairman of the Institute of Directors She is a highly successful international business woman. Lady Judge is also the first woman to chair the IoD and was recently announced as the head of the Council for Cass’ Global Women’s Leadership Programme – an innovative initiative designed to nurture rising women leaders.
  • Professor Marianne Lewis is Dean of Cass Business School and Professor of Management. Her research explores leadership and management issues involving organisational paradoxes.
