We are proud of our 36,000 strong alumni network, which extends worldwide across an enormous variety of companies and professions. Our alumni are great ambassadors for Cass Business School, promoting the School while staying in touch with us for many reasons.

To provide support to our alumni network, we have a dedicated and proactive Alumni Relations team. Alumni Relations promotes, facilitates and enhances business connections and networking opportunities interactions between alumni nationally and internationally through a varied programme of activities and events. Alumni events

Every year, we organise an extensive programme of alumni events in the UK and overseas ranging from social to educational and business related events.

Following the huge success of our inaugural Alumni World Forum in 2010, our second, even bigger Alumni World Forum is being hosted in 2013. The Alumni world forum is an event which celebrates the depth and talent of our global alumni network. The central London Forum and international satellite events held across all five continents are designed around sharing ideas, networking and debating with world-leading business thinkers. Additionally, the 2013 Forum forms the pinnacle of the tenth year anniversary celebrations, marking a decade since the Business School was renamed following a generous donation from the Sir John Cass's Foundation.

Special Interest Groups (SIGs) provide an excellent forum for industry networking and the exploration of new ideas. International Volunteers in over 50 countries help to expand the alumni network and welcome alumni who are moving to work in new countries, or returning to their home countries.

Online networking services

The Alumni Online Community, an online network of around 11000 members, enables alumni and current students to network, make new connections, and update their personal details. They can access various databases, take advantage of membership benefits exclusively available to alumni, receive alumni newsletters and receive invites to networking events and reunions.

Online careers services

One of the many benefits of a strong alumni network is that it helps alumni and students to further their careers while staying in touch with the School. Cass Careers Online allows alumni to apply for jobs, access careers tools such as practice psychometric tests, watch insightful career videos and be invited to professional development workshops and networking events.

Alumni are also welcome to share their career insights, hold a company presentation or workshop, or discuss employment or research opportunities. Alumni don't need to be actively recruiting to engage with Cass students. Email or call the Careers Team on +44 (0)20 7040 5255 to find out more. Visit Cass Careers Online to take advantage of careers resources and the jobs board.

To compliment this, Ask Alumni is an online database with over 1000 alumni volunteers who have agreed to be contacted for careers advice and mentoring. Alumni can search for and contact fellow alumni on the database searching by sector, company, location, course and year.

To learn more about these and other alumni services, contact Alumni Relations or visit the Alumni Online Community.
