Cass alumni making waves Thursday, 21 October, 2004 Imaginatik, one of the world’s leading companies on innovation management, is to deliver Europe’s first ever practitioner focussed innovation conference, InnovateEurope at Hammersmith, London from 8–10 November. Imaginatik was one of the first knowledge management companies to start up 10 years back and has since moved into the realm of idea management. It is estimated to have a 75% share of the market and has offices in the UK, the US and Europe. The Imaginatik team has strong links to Cass Business School, with CEO Mark Turrell having done his undergraduate degree at Cass. Marketing Director Boris Pluskowski graduated with an MBA in the 96/97 year. The company’s Director of European Operations Jon Rarsti was part of the 97/89 MBA intake as was International Business Director Martha Jacob. Pluskowski says the two day series of interactive presentations and workshops will be delivered by corporates for corporates and that while there have been academic innovation conferences in Europe in the past, there have not been any with such a strong practitioner focus. Some of the companies presenting include ChevronTexaco, Kraft Foods, Bayer, Nestle, Shell and IBM. Cass Alumni are being offered a special 10% discount off the price of the conference - simply use code IECASS01 when you register. Further group discounts are also available for multiple registrants from the same company – more information. For more information email: info@innovateeurope.com |
