Achieving your potential
Achieving Your Potential week is a key part of our careers curriculum and involves getting you out of the classroom for a residential stay to take part in an immersive and intensive programme.
The programme involves a range of exercises, activities, seminars, and discussions that are designed to challenge your assumptions and delve into the concepts of leadership, followership, and partnership, with the goal to explore how these concepts relate to your personal and professional development.
By honing these vital employability skills, this programme aims to serve as a launchpad for the remainder of your time at Bayes and for your next career move.
