A key strategic objective of Cass Business School is to recruit and retain high quality staff. This is in line with our vision: an acknowledged world-class provider of business training and education and the intellectual hub of the City of London.

To support these aims, Cass established its own Human Resources (HR) Department in 2003.

HR at Cass provides a professional service to both the academic and professional staff of the School, covering recruitment and selection, performance management and reward, staff relations, training and development.
