Backing Ambitious Cass Entrepreneurs
The Cass Entrepreneurship Fund is a £10 million venture capital fund, providing growth equity to start-up and early stage companies. Established in 2010, The Fund has already financed a number of Cass entrepreneurs (Portfolio Companies), as well as providing general support and incubation facilities.
The Fund has been established with the generous support of Peter Cullum CBE, one of Cass' most successful entrepreneurs and the Founder and Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of Towergate Insurance.
The venture fund supports innovative growth companies emerging from the Cass community. The Fund is open to all Alumni of Cass Business School as well as participants on the New Venture Creation programme and Your Business Your Future programmes.
Cass Entrepreneurship Fund Celebrates Double Award Success in 2012
Congratulations to James Butler, founder of Cloud Business and Susan Cooper, founder of Accutrainee, both businesses backed by the Cass Entrepreneurship Fund. James Butler won the global Microsoft Cloud Partner of the Year Award in June. This Award was testament to the hard work and dedication of the team at Cloud Business, which is now a market leader in cloud services and software. Susan was a finalist in the Association of MBA's (AMBA) MBA Entrepreneurial Venture Award last month.
